Welcome to Tamseel AI ("Tamseel AI", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tamseel AI mobile applications, website, and all related products, features, content, software, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing, downloading, installing, registering for, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the owner and operator of Tamseel AI.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account means a registered user account used to access the Services.

AI Content means any stories, illustrations, images, narration, music, educational material, recommendations, or other outputs generated or assisted by artificial intelligence through the Services.

App Stores means the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and any other authorised application marketplace through which the Services are distributed.

Content means all information, text, prompts, stories, illustrations, images, audio, music, software, graphics, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials available through the Services.

Parent or Guardian means a person legally responsible for supervising and making decisions on behalf of a child.

Public Stories means stories or other content intentionally published by users for viewing or interaction by other users within the Services.

Services means the Tamseel AI applications, website, APIs, software, and all related functionality made available by us.

Subscription means any paid, recurring, or one-time purchase that provides access to premium features, story generation credits, or other paid functionality.

User, "you", or "your" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

User Content means any information, prompts, text, photographs, illustrations, characters, story settings, uploaded files, profile information, or other material submitted, uploaded, generated, or published by users through the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations;
• all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete; and
• you will use the Services only for lawful purposes.

If you access the Services on behalf of a company, school, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms or any future modifications, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

Tamseel AI is intended for families, parents, guardians, educators, and children using age-appropriate supervision where required by applicable law.

You may use the Services only if:

• you meet the minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction to use online services independently; or
• your parent or legal guardian has authorised and supervises your use of the Services.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• supervising children's use of the Services;
• reviewing AI-generated content where appropriate;
• managing account credentials used by children;
• ensuring children use the Services responsibly and safely.

Although Tamseel AI employs automated moderation and safety systems, parents and guardians remain responsible for determining whether generated content is suitable for their child.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user does not satisfy applicable eligibility requirements.

Tamseel AI is designed to provide educational and creative storytelling experiences suitable for children when used appropriately.

Children should use the Services under the supervision of a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult whenever required by applicable law.

Parents and guardians acknowledge that:

• artificial intelligence may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate content;
• no automated moderation system is perfect;
• they should review generated stories before relying upon them for educational or child-development purposes where appropriate.

We may implement age-appropriate safeguards, parental controls, content filtering, usage limitations, and other protective measures at our discretion to help maintain a safe experience for children.

Certain features of the Services require the creation of an Account.

You may register using one or more supported authentication methods, including:

• Google Sign-In; or
• Apple Sign-In; or
• any additional authentication methods we may introduce.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete registration information;
• keep your account information current;
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach;
• accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account.

You must not:

• create an Account using false or misleading information;
• impersonate another person or organisation;
• share your Account with others except where expressly permitted;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's Account.

We may require verification of your identity before granting access to certain features or processing account-related requests.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and devices.

You should use reasonable security measures, including strong passwords, secure devices, and up-to-date software.

If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your Account or devices, except where required by applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably determine that:

• you have violated these Terms;
• your use poses a security or legal risk;
• fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred;
• your conduct may harm other users;
• continued access could expose Tamseel AI to legal liability;
• required by law or by an order of a governmental authority.

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before suspension. However, immediate suspension may occur where necessary to protect users, children, our Services, or applicable legal obligations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations existing before termination.

We may introduce additional account features, authentication methods, security requirements, identity verification procedures, parental controls, or account management tools from time to time.

Your continued use of such features constitutes acceptance of any applicable requirements communicated to you through the Services or these Terms.

Tamseel AI uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate personalised stories, illustrations, images, narration, background music, educational content, recommendations, and other creative outputs (collectively, "AI Content").

Our AI services may be provided using proprietary technologies and third-party artificial intelligence providers.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Content is generated automatically based on user inputs and system prompts.
• AI-generated content may vary significantly between requests, even where similar prompts are provided.
• AI Content is intended for entertainment, creativity, education, and storytelling purposes only.
• AI Content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, fictional information, unexpected responses, or other errors.
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, educational, psychological, or other professional advice.
• Tamseel AI does not guarantee the factual accuracy, originality, completeness, suitability, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

While we employ moderation systems and safety measures designed to minimise inappropriate outputs, no automated system is capable of preventing every undesirable result.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing, publishing, printing, or relying upon it.

Artificial intelligence systems are inherently probabilistic and may occasionally produce content that:

• is inaccurate or incomplete;
• contains fictional or invented information;
• reflects unintended biases;
• misunderstands user prompts;
• duplicates or resembles publicly available content;
• omits important details; or
• otherwise fails to meet user expectations.

Tamseel AI continuously improves its systems; however, we do not warrant that AI Content will always be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

You acknowledge that creative variation is an inherent characteristic of AI-generated content.

The Services allow users to create, submit, upload, or generate content, including but not limited to:

• prompts;
• story ideas;
• themes;
• character information;
• names;
• uploaded images;
• profile information;
• settings;
• preferences;
• comments;
• feedback;
• Public Stories; and
• other content submitted through the Services.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you lawfully own in your original User Content.

By submitting User Content through the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use and submit it;
• your content does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;
• your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws;
• your content does not contain malicious software or harmful code.

You are solely responsible for all User Content submitted through your Account.

To operate and provide the Services, you grant Tamseel AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to:

• host;
• store;
• reproduce;
• process;
• modify where technically necessary;
• transmit;
• display;
• generate derivative AI outputs from;
• distribute where authorised by you; and
• otherwise use your User Content

solely for the purpose of operating, securing, maintaining, improving, and providing the Services.

This licence remains in effect only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services and comply with applicable legal obligations, except where content has been published publicly or retained as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your original User Content to Tamseel AI.

Where the Services permit users to upload photographs, illustrations, avatars, or other images for use within AI-generated stories, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the uploaded images or possess all necessary rights and permissions;
• any identifiable individual depicted has provided any legally required consent;
• the uploaded content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

You acknowledge that uploaded images may be processed using AI technologies to generate personalised story illustrations or related creative content.

Tamseel AI does not claim ownership of your uploaded images.

Certain features of the Services may allow users to voluntarily publish stories or other content for viewing by other users.

Publication of content is entirely optional.

By choosing to publish content publicly, you grant Tamseel AI an additional worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to:

• display;
• distribute;
• promote;
• recommend;
• feature;
• reproduce;
• translate;
• adapt for technical compatibility; and
• otherwise make available

your Public Stories within the Services, our website, marketing materials, social media channels, and other promotional activities relating to Tamseel AI.

You may request removal of Public Stories through available platform features or by contacting us, although copies may remain in backups, caches, or where required by law.

You should never include confidential, private, or sensitive personal information within Public Stories.

Users publishing Public Stories or other publicly visible content agree to maintain a respectful and safe environment.

You must not publish content that:

• promotes violence or criminal activity;
• sexually exploits or endangers children;
• contains pornography or explicit sexual material;
• encourages self-harm or suicide;
• promotes terrorism or extremism;
• contains hate speech or unlawful discrimination;
• harasses, bullies, or threatens others;
• infringes intellectual property rights;
• violates applicable law;
• contains malware or malicious code;
• impersonates another individual or organisation;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.

We reserve the right to remove Public Stories or restrict publication privileges where content violates these Terms or our community standards.

Except for User Content owned by users, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to:

• software;
• source code;
• application design;
• user interface;
• graphics;
• branding;
• logos;
• trademarks;
• service marks;
• documentation;
• databases;
• algorithms;
• AI systems;
• prompts developed by Tamseel AI;
• compilation of content; and
• other proprietary materials,

are owned by or licensed to Tamseel AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Services or any intellectual property belonging to Tamseel AI.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

• copy;
• modify;
• distribute;
• reverse engineer;
• decompile;
• disassemble;
• scrape;
• commercially exploit; or
• create derivative works from

any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law:

• you retain ownership of your original prompts and other original User Content;
• you may use AI-generated stories, illustrations, and related outputs generated for your personal or otherwise lawful purposes;
• Tamseel AI retains ownership of the underlying software, AI systems, prompt engineering, service architecture, and technologies used to generate AI Content.

Because artificial intelligence may generate similar outputs for different users, Tamseel AI cannot guarantee that generated content will be unique or exclusively available to you.

Tamseel AI respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that content available through the Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice including:

• your full name and contact information;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• identification of the allegedly infringing material;
• a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised;
• a statement that the information provided is accurate; and
• a declaration that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

We may request additional information before processing a complaint.

Knowingly submitting false or misleading infringement claims may result in legal liability.

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, we may, at our sole discretion:

• investigate the reported content;
• temporarily disable access to the content;
• permanently remove the content;
• notify the affected user where appropriate;
• request additional information from either party;
• suspend or terminate repeat infringers.

Nothing in this section requires Tamseel AI to remove content where we reasonably determine that no infringement has occurred or where removal would be inconsistent with applicable law.

Certain features of the Services are available only through the purchase of a Subscription or other paid offering.

Subscriptions may provide access to premium functionality, including but not limited to:

• AI story generation;
• story generation credits;
• premium narration;
• AI-generated illustrations;
• premium creative features;
• increased usage limits; and
• additional functionality introduced from time to time.

Available subscription plans, pricing, included benefits, and usage limits are displayed within the Services and may vary by country, platform, promotional offer, or applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to modify available subscription plans, pricing, included features, or benefits at any time, subject to applicable law and the policies of the relevant App Store.

Certain subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

By purchasing an auto-renewing subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

• your subscription automatically renews until cancelled;
• the applicable App Store will charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each renewal period;
• renewal charges occur unless automatic renewal is disabled before the renewal date;
• subscription pricing may change where permitted by applicable law or platform policies, with any required notice being provided by the relevant App Store.

Subscription renewal and cancellation are governed by the billing policies of the applicable App Store.

If you purchase a Subscription through the Apple App Store:

• payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase;
• subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period;
• your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current subscription period;
• you may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings after purchase;
• Apple is solely responsible for processing subscription payments and refunds in accordance with its applicable policies.

Tamseel AI cannot modify, cancel, or refund purchases made through Apple except where required by applicable law.

If you purchase a Subscription through Google Play:

• payments are processed by Google;
• subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Google Play account before renewal;
• you may manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play subscription settings;
• Google determines applicable billing procedures, grace periods, account hold periods, payment retries, and refund eligibility in accordance with its policies.

Tamseel AI does not control Google's billing systems or payment processing.

Certain subscription plans or purchases may include story generation credits or similar usage-based entitlements.

Unless otherwise stated:

• credits are intended solely for use within the Services;
• credits have no cash value;
• credits are non-transferable;
• credits may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash;
• unused credits may expire where disclosed at the time of purchase or within the Services.

We reserve the right to modify the operation of credit-based systems provided such changes comply with applicable law.

From time to time, we may offer free trials, introductory pricing, promotional subscriptions, promotional credits, or other limited-time offers.

Unless otherwise specified:

• eligibility is determined solely by Tamseel AI or the applicable App Store;
• promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time;
• abuse or repeated misuse of promotional offers may result in suspension of eligibility.

Where a free trial converts into a paid subscription, charges will occur automatically unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your purchases.

Displayed prices:

• may include or exclude taxes depending on your jurisdiction;
• are determined by the applicable App Store;
• may vary due to currency conversion, taxation, exchange rates, or regional pricing.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected by the App Store where required by law.

Refund requests are governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

Accordingly:

• Apple App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund procedures;
• Google Play purchases are subject to Google's refund procedures.

Tamseel AI cannot approve, deny, or process refunds for purchases made through third-party billing providers except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.

We may introduce, modify, replace, or discontinue subscription plans, premium features, usage limits, pricing structures, or billing models.

Where required by law or App Store policies, affected users will receive appropriate notice before material changes take effect.

Existing subscribers may retain certain legacy benefits where required by applicable law or platform policy.

You agree to use the Services responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• generate unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content;
• exploit children or vulnerable individuals;
• generate sexually explicit material involving minors;
• encourage violence, terrorism, hate speech, or criminal conduct;
• harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully others;
• upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
• attempt to bypass moderation or safety systems;
• circumvent subscription limits or payment systems;
• access another user's account without authorisation;
• scrape, automate, or reverse engineer the Services;
• interfere with servers, APIs, or infrastructure;
• use the Services to distribute spam, phishing, scams, or deceptive content;
• use automated tools to overload or abuse the Services.

Any violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your Account.

To protect users, especially children, you agree not to use the Services to generate or request content involving:

• child exploitation or abuse;
• explicit sexual content involving minors;
• graphic violence;
• instructions for criminal activity;
• illegal drugs;
• weapons manufacturing;
• terrorism or extremist propaganda;
• self-harm or suicide encouragement;
• harassment or targeted abuse;
• fraudulent schemes;
• impersonation intended to deceive others;
• malware or cybercrime.

Tamseel AI may refuse to generate content that violates these restrictions.

Tamseel AI may use a combination of automated systems, artificial intelligence, human review, and user reports to moderate content.

Content moderation may include:

• prompt filtering;
• AI safety classifiers;
• automated content review;
• manual review;
• removal of content;
• warning notices;
• account restrictions;
• permanent suspension.

Moderation decisions are made at our reasonable discretion to protect users, comply with applicable laws, and maintain the integrity of the Services.

Users may report content believed to violate these Terms or applicable law.

Reports should include sufficient information to allow us to investigate the matter.

We may:

• review reported content;
• request additional information;
• temporarily restrict access;
• permanently remove content;
• suspend offending accounts.

Submission of a report does not guarantee removal of content.

Where we reasonably determine that a user has violated these Terms, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• issue warnings;
• remove content;
• restrict specific features;
• suspend Accounts;
• permanently terminate Accounts;
• revoke subscriptions or promotional benefits where permitted by law;
• cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.

To protect the Services and other users, we may implement technical measures including:

• rate limiting;
• request throttling;
• automated fraud detection;
• abuse detection systems;
• device or account verification;
• temporary usage limits;
• security monitoring.

Users must not attempt to interfere with or circumvent these protective measures.

Violation of these safeguards may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to the Services.

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

We retain personal information and User Content only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide and maintain the Services;
• fulfil contractual obligations;
• comply with applicable laws;
• resolve disputes;
• enforce these Terms;
• protect the security and integrity of the Services.

Users may request deletion of their Account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Following account deletion:

• active account information will be removed or anonymised within a reasonable period;
• certain information may remain in encrypted backups for disaster recovery purposes;
• some records may be retained where required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, accounting, taxation, security, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

Backup copies are securely maintained and are not ordinarily accessible during normal operation.

The Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Apple;
• Google;
• Firebase;
• RevenueCat;
• artificial intelligence providers;
• cloud hosting providers;
• analytics providers; and
• payment processors.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Tamseel AI does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable terms of those providers.

We continually improve and maintain the Services.

Accordingly, we may:

• modify features;
• introduce new functionality;
• remove existing functionality;
• perform scheduled maintenance;
• release updates;
• suspend parts of the Services;
• discontinue portions of the Services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, network failures, third-party service outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

From time to time, we may make available experimental, preview, or beta features.

Beta features are provided for evaluation purposes only and may:

• be incomplete;
• contain defects;
• change without notice;
• be withdrawn at any time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, beta features are provided "AS IS" without additional warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Tamseel AI expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of:

• merchantability;
• satisfactory quality;
• fitness for a particular purpose;
• non-infringement;
• uninterrupted availability;
• accuracy;
• reliability;
• security; and
• error-free operation.

We do not warrant that:

• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, original, or suitable for your intended purpose;
• the Services will always be available;
• defects will be corrected immediately;
• generated content will always meet your expectations.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Although Tamseel AI is designed to support creativity and learning, the Services are not intended to replace professional educational advice, teaching, tutoring, medical advice, psychological services, legal advice, or any other professional guidance.

Parents, guardians, educators, and caregivers remain responsible for supervising children's learning and determining whether generated content is appropriate for their educational objectives.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tamseel AI, its owner, affiliates, licensors, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• indirect damages;
• incidental damages;
• consequential damages;
• exemplary damages;
• punitive damages;
• loss of profits;
• loss of goodwill;
• loss of data;
• business interruption;
• loss of opportunity;
• emotional distress; or
• other similar losses,

arising out of or relating to:

• your use of the Services;
• AI-generated content;
• User Content;
• subscription purchases;
• service interruptions;
• security incidents;
• unauthorised access;
• third-party services; or
• these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• the total amount paid by you to Tamseel AI for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• the minimum amount required under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tamseel AI, its owner, affiliates, licensors, contractors, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

• your breach of these Terms;
• your misuse of the Services;
• your User Content;
• infringement of any intellectual property or other rights;
• your violation of applicable laws or regulations; or
• your negligent or unlawful conduct.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us in the defence of such claims.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, the courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Tamseel AI shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters;
• floods;
• earthquakes;
• pandemics;
• acts of government;
• war;
• terrorism;
• labour disputes;
• utility failures;
• internet outages;
• cyberattacks;
• failures of third-party providers; or
• other events beyond our reasonable control.

Performance of affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure or delay in exercising any right or enforcing any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Any waiver shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Tamseel AI.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Tamseel AI may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or operation of law.

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time.

Where changes are material, we may provide notice through the Services, our website, email, or other reasonable means.

The updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

You acknowledge that:

• acceptance of these Terms may occur electronically;
• electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature;
• records maintained electronically by Tamseel AI may be used as evidence of your acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

• any applicable subscription terms;
• any promotional terms;
